Virtual Fitting Room Terms

1. Purpose
The fitting room creates an illustrative visualization of clothing. It does not determine size, exact fit, safety or suitability of a product.
2. Account
Use requires a valid confirmed email. Users must hold rights to uploaded images and must not upload photos of third parties without consent.
3. Trial period
During the trial period all operations are free and unlimited — the credit balance is topped up automatically. In case of a final technical error, charged credits are returned.
4. Patterns: license
Patterns are built by an engineering engine using a calculation methodology. Garments sewn from the generated patterns may be used and sold freely — with no royalties or additional approvals, including by ateliers and brands. The pattern files themselves (PDF, SVG, DXF and other formats) may not be resold, published openly or transferred to third parties as a standalone product.
The engine numerically controls seam conjugation on every build; however, the fit of the finished garment also depends on the accuracy of the measurements taken and the properties of the fabric. Before cutting the main fabric we recommend sewing a mock-up from inexpensive fabric — a separate “mock-up” PDF is available in the account for this.
5. Deletion
Source files and results can be deleted from the account. To fully delete your account, contact support.
