1. Subject

LOOKA Staging provides AI clothing visualization tools for preparing commercial content.

2. Account and rights

The user must provide a valid email, ensure access security and hold rights to uploaded materials. Results must be reviewed before publication.

3. Credits and technical errors

Each task uses the number of credits indicated before launch. In case of a final system technical error the credit is returned automatically. Dissatisfaction with the artistic result is not in itself considered a technical error.

4. Intellectual property

The user retains rights to lawfully uploaded materials. The right to commercial use of the result is granted within the limits of the selected plan and applicable law.

5. Limitation of liability

The AI result may differ in color, details, fit and texture. The user is responsible for checking the product card and complying with marketplace rules.
