It is forbidden to upload

• images of minors;
• photos of third parties without a legal basis;
• NSFW content, materials containing violence or hatred;
• content that infringes copyrights or trademark rights;
• malicious files, files disguising their format or abnormally large files.

Moderation

The production provider must check source images before generation. In case of a violation the task is rejected without transferring the image to the AI provider. Repeated violations may lead to blocking.

Labeling

Results must retain provenance information where required by law or platform rules. Metadata embedding is verified in the integration test of the specific AI provider.
